I made it to boot camp everyday!  Some days I wanted to keep sleeping, but I always wanted to go to class.  Unfortunately, I have not lost any weight. Then again, it was only 4 days of exercise.

The dress I wore needed a few extra inches on the neckline. I didn’t have a coordinating tank top or options to change into. So I decided to wear a leotard underneath. I also figured that there would be no need to wear underwear since the leotard would serve quite comfortably as undies. I wore a bra cause I needed the extra shaping.

I often compare my current job to my experience in graduate school.  I suppose I should say that I often contrast my current job to my experience in graduate school.  I tend to do the same, yet with comparison, to my time living in another town, living what now seems to be another life as another person. Basic garter stitch, with a button hole.  Two skeins of Gedifra.  I saw the yarn in the store and decided that I had to make something with it.  It was easy to work with, but it took a lot of it.  I plan to do another project with this yarn--another scarf type thing that requires 8 skeins. Nathan and I finally arranged a babysitting swap with some friends of ours.  It is nice to have free babysitting and for it to be with other children that our kids enjoy.  Since this was going to be a late Friday night, the kids got to have a sleepover.  Their friends decorated their house to look like a hotel.  It was the cutest, most unique and inviting welcome they've ever received. As my parents left for Arkansas, they left us a gift.  A giant watermelon. Nathan thinks it was 15 pounds, I think it was more like 30 pounds.  We really didn't know what to do with all of that melon.
